The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, managing a diverse patient caseload, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and best practices.

REGISTERED NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and history-taking, to identify patient needs and conditions.
- Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as pharmacy and laboratory, to ensure timely and effective patient care.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in clinical nursing 1-2 years preferred
