Needs Assessment Process
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to understanding and addressing the unique health challenges faced by our community. Every three years, NEW Health completes an assessment of our target communities, including the North End, Waterfront, and Charlestown neighborhoods.
Community Health Needs Assessment Survey: Participation in this survey & assessment will empower us to identify the pressing health needs within our community, allowing us to tailor our services to better serve you.
Community Focus Group Discussions: Through open and interactive discussion, we will gather the voices of community members directly to go beyond survey data.
North End: Thursday, September 24th from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm at ABCD Michelangelo (1 Michelangelo St a100, Boston, MA 02113)
Charlestown: Tuesday, September 22nd from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm at NEW Health Charlestown (15 Tufts St. Charlestown, MA 02129)
