Dear Patients and Residents:
For over 50 years, NEW Health has prided itself on being a dependable institution of care and support for our communities. As many of you know, the roof of our North End site is being renovated and on June 16, city inspectors recommended that we close the facility until the proper repairs had taken place. We worked with City of Boston inspectors to prioritize the safety of our staff and patients and are pleased to announce that NEW Health is reopening June 23rd.
We apologize for the disruption in care, prescriptions, or any of our additional services that you and your family need. We provided telehealth appointments and resources at our Charlestown site whenever possible. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding this past week and are grateful to open our doors to you again!
